What we collect
We collect account details such as email and display name, billing records from our payment processor, and the creative material you choose to submit: prompts, lyrics, audio, images, character references, project settings, generated clips, and support messages.
How we use it
We use creative inputs to provide requested generation, maintain projects, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate account or product updates. We do not sell personal information or use private projects to train public models without your separate permission.
Sharing and retention
We share only the minimum required inputs with processors that host, authenticate, bill, or run generation. Public shares are visible to anyone with the link. You may delete a project; backups and legally required records may remain for a limited period.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of account data by contacting support@mimos.ai. Do not upload material you are not permitted to use.
